Established in 2010, Full-Ten is rooted in ZhongpuTownship, Chiayi County, Taiwan, and has cultivated over 14 years of local operations. Since its founding, the company has been dedicated to promoting high-quality Taiwanese agricultural specialties. In recent years, it has transformed its estate into a family-friendly agritourism park themed around guava — the GuaRan ChaXiang Tourism Park.

At the park, visitors can enjoy a variety of guava-based offerings such as fresh guavas, dried guava snacks, and guava tea. Guests can also take part in hands-on DIY workshops to make guava jam themselves. Additional attractions include guided tram tours and the opportunity to hand-pick fresh guavas, offering a firsthand experience of the hard work and dedication behind fruit farming and a deeper appreciation of agricultural life.

Full-Ten has also innovated a range of guava-derived lifestyle products, including guava-scented body wash, shampoo, and all-natural essential oil soaps, aiming to fully showcase the health benefits of guava. In collaboration with local farmers, the company has established contract farming partnerships to tackle labor shortages and stabilize guava prices, contributing to improved agricultural income and consistent supply.

The park actively promotes education and social responsibility by regularly hosting outdoor learning activities and DIY workshops for schools, kindergartens, and after-school programs. Notably, it has partnered with the Ruo Zhu Er Educational Foundation to hold charity sales, supporting underprivileged communities and promoting family-oriented education.
